Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This property has lots of space with three separate sleeping areas. The main bedroom is on the first floor and has a huge bedroom with shutters to block light and sound. Bed was comfortable and the room was warm. The main floor has a mezzanine with a bed. The bed was comfortable but the main area does not do much to block noise from outside and seems to actually amplify the sound. A pair of noise canceling headphones meant a good night sleep. The basement level has another bathroom and bed. Sleeping down there is completely dark and silent resulting in excellent sleep. However, wifi and cell service does not work down there. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great and the area is beautiful.

Negative: We had issues with the hot water in the showers. It was hot sometimes but usually no more than sort of warm. To be fair, I did not report the issue until the day before we left so it may be fixed by now. Also, the next door neighbor is clearly unhappy about the property being a STR and before I could even open the door, he made sure to tell me to keep it down and to not make noise closing the door. It was a bit uncomfortable but no big deal.

Summary: Lovely comfy apartment in a great location with plenty of space for multiple people.
